What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on product type. Standard roller chains, sprockets and catalogue gears have MOQ from 1 piece for samples. Custom OEM gear sets and gearboxes typically require MOQ 5–50 pieces depending on tooling cost and complexity. Contact us with your exact requirement for a specific MOQ.

What are your lead times and shipping options?

Samples: 15–25 days. Standard production orders: 30–45 days. We ship by sea freight (20–35 days transit) or air express (3–7 days). Incoterms: FOB, CIF or DDP — specify your preference when enquiring. All orders include export-standard packaging and commercial invoice.

Can you manufacture to my drawings or specifications?

Yes — full OEM/ODM capability across all product categories. Submit CAD drawings (DWG, DXF, STEP, PDF) or a physical sample. We handle gear ratio design, profiling, heat treatment, surface finishing and assembly. Quote provided within 2–3 working days of receiving complete technical information.

Can I visit your factory or conduct a third-party inspection?

Factory visits are welcome with advance notice (5 business days). We also offer live video factory walkthroughs via WhatsApp or Zoom at any time. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your nominated inspector is actively encouraged and costs borne by the buyer.

What payment terms and methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union and PayPal. Standard terms: 30% deposit on order, 70% before shipment. Established repeat customers may qualify for open-account terms after a track record of successful orders. Long-term supply contracts with monthly settlement also available.

Standard documents: commercial invoice, packing list, material certificate (MTR), CMM dimensional inspection report, hardness test certificate, and ISO 9001 certificate copy. Optional on request: gear accuracy grade report (DIN/AGMA), surface roughness report, noise test data, and third-party inspection report.
