The installer removes the sprocket from the box, slides it onto the shaft, tightens two grub screws and the drive is ready. No lathe, no broach, no keyway cutter required on site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: clamp(14px,1.6vw,16px);\">The finished bore range covers chain sizes 06B-1 through 20B-1 to DIN 8187 \/ ISO R606, with bore diameters from 10 mm through 100 mm depending on chain size and tooth count. Every sprocket is pre-bored to H7 tolerance as standard \u2014 the correct fit class for a keyed shaft with normal industrial running clearance.
